By enrolling in any course offered by US-BD Driving School, you agree to the following General Terms & Conditions and the specific terms applicable to your selected course.

General Terms & Conditions

Course Completion:
Partial completion of any course does not satisfy the requirements of law.
Certificates are issued only after full completion of the course and all required examinations.

Refund Policy:
A refund (excluding taxes and processing fees) may be issued only if the student enrolls but does not start the course within 24–48 hours.
No refunds will be issued once the course has been started.

Complaints & Grievances:
Any grievance not resolved by the School may be forwarded to the TDLR Enforcement Division or filed online at
https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/complaints
