Terms and Conditions

Driver must successfully complete Defensive Driving Online Courses. Partial completion of the course does not satisfy the requirements of the rule of law.
Students shall not receive a defensive driving course certificate unless that driver complete entire course & examination as required by the Texas transportation code 521.161.
If driver enrolled for Citation/Ticket removal course, driver must complete 6 hrs defensive driving course and receive Driving record from Texas DPS using provided link.
A refund can be made ( Deduct tax & fees) if student enroll but not start the course with in 24 to 48 hrs. If student start the course refund will not be processed. If payment card declined can’t be provided login credential, And wiling to dispute and card declined the amount with $50 penalty has to be paid before able to print the courses certificate.
I further realize that any grievances not resolved by the School, it may be forwarded to TDLR Enforcement Division or file online at tdlr.texas.gov/complaints
